I was being sarcastic with the title, she was actually giving out samples of fat Free ice creme.
the shot is about the irony of the situation, as you pointed out, she does have some "love handles" to be wearing that shirt.
also there was an info-mercial type movie out a few years back about the lives of Ad agency executives, it's standard viewing for graphic designers and digital artists.
