About Always A Marine. This photo was taken at a party thrown at the Marina for my son Joshua. The gentleman in the wheelchair is a Marine who served two tours in Vietnam where he lost his ability to walk. His name may be known to many, he is Ron Kovic, author of Born on the Fourth of July. He stopped by to introduce himself to Josh & meet his family. What a sweet humble man. We spoke for quite a while, I thanked him for his sacrifice for our country. You never know what life will bring you, but you always have freedom of choice, thanks in part those who serve. Thanks for looking! Dottie

You can see that your son respects the man.. i like that and that he has a story to tell. I liked that movie (4th of July) so yes i know who he is! Great work!
