They are probably cast netting! They could be looking for bait for fishing or catching mullet to eat! There are lots of photogenic spots here! Wonderful capture! :)

I have to tell you that the pink picture next to your bio looks like a beautiful painting. You seem to have a natural gift if You are not a professional.... doesn't mean as much as it should sometimes... just my opinion .. I also loved FIRE, and Towards the Light.
