Jennifer this shot is sooooo beautiful - that DOF is marvelous! Well seen and shot, not your "ordinary" wedding shots. :) I hope they had you as their wedding photographer! You'd be well worth the money!

thanks so much, Cheryl. I was the photographer at their wedding & it was such a joy to photograph. They both have such an amazing sense of style & really wanted shots that were out of the ordinary, so i purposefully shot a lot of these with very minimal dof or sometimes with nothing at all sharply in focus. It was really great to have that freedom to experiment & play. Plus the weather was so dramatic - with stormy skies & thunder & lighting - truly amazing. I'm shooting quite a few weddings these days, so i really appreciate the feedback - thank you.

thanks, Brad. You've said exactly how i felt about their whole wedding - it makes me feel very hopeful for them for all the years & challenges to come. And the evening was so dramatic - with incredibly stormy skies, deep warm weather, thunder & lighting (so rare for here) - that it felt as though the gods had come as well, to celebrate. Such an amazing event.
