About Another from Bok Sanctuary. I was going to convert this to black and white, but when I did all the details went flat. So I partially desaturated it and I think it works.
I have a color version that I'll post later on. Both create different moods.

Hi Laurie,was after some advice.I tried to take some pics of a white lily but only got 1 that was close to true colour,rest turned out yellow! Used macro mode,A setting.No flash,side lighting with table lamp.s.1/10 f.8. Any handy hints! :)

Hi Jacquie,
I think your problem might be the use of table lamps as a light source. Often, those will cast a yellow light on the subject being photographed. I think your best bet might be to shoot outside in natural light. I shot this on a cloudy day with no flash and I didn't have to adjust the color at all. Hope this helps! :)

Beautiful Laurie, and already black and white! This is so soft (not in focus but feel) that I want to caress the flower to feel the softness for myself. Good use of black on white contrast to great effect in bringing out the flower. Richly detailed too. Just wonderful...
