Here's a typical hodge-podge of architectural styles, seen from the window of a modern monorail station.

This is really a nice shot from a good angle, Cityscape in a day light, I like the summer and the warmth of the picture, very well seen and captured, Regards,

So now this shot has attracted its second comment, thanks to you, Bertram! I was a bit sad at its neglect, as it's a favourite of mine... John E.R. recommended this lens to me, and it performs really well, as you can see.

Hi Roger, Excellent series. Much more "My style" kind of shot, and eventhough the last one I commented on bears much less of my personal preferences, I do like the differences (as I stated before) Of the five, I think this one is the strongest of them all, the geometry has the strongest effect, as it's not "polluted" by the ruble of the roadworks in the street, and is empty of people.... That's what pulls it out of the ordinary.
Still, I believe the photos of "every day life scenes" in the streets of Tokyo do have more to them than this... And that's why I like Photography so much, Other styles and approaches to familiar themes than those I'm used to are always very inspiring. Good stuff!
Cheers,
hugo
