Great subject, I'm from KC and we like our BBQ! One thing though, I think it would come across better if you had the whole smoker in the shot. Too much attention is drawn away by the house and garden hose at this point.

Yeah, I wish I had gotten the rest of the shovel in it too. I waited around for a person, I thought having a person in the shot shoveling the wood or coals would have been great but never saw anyone.
