I disagree about the sharpness. I think the slight softness to it gives it a more candid "grab shot" kind of look and helps create the sense of movement that is so strong here. I could do without whatever it was that caught the flash at the bottom left corner.

I think this is a great shot. The lack of sharpness and slight flaring give it a very "photojournalism" feel. The composition of the shot and the expression on the face of the lady add to that and give the shot quite an impact. Very well done.
