cristina, these rice terraces are abundant in southwest china and vietnam, they are all over the place and they all look different. they're used solely for growing rice but the terraces are not planted with a rice crop year round.... i think they make only four or five harvests per year, but i have to check on that.

five harverst per year, oh my God and in my country beacause of the weather we can do harvest only one time per year.Very interesting!
