This is the Amish grandmother who was driving the buggy in the accident. It looked very bad... but she was grabbing the EMT's fingers when she was taken off by ambulance. And she was headed for St. Mary's Hospital in Rochester, MN -- the teaching hospital of the Mayo Clinic.
