About postprocessed to death... A bit wild, but I was not satisfied with the somewhat boring colors in the original version.

I like this one better than just the black and white one. I think the range of oranges are nice here bringing out more details.

cheers,
nicole

I absolutely love the contrast between the lower part being muted brown/green and the firelike sky. I just wish the contrast in the clouds would be as dramatic as in the B&W version.

Rosario Esposito   {K:9796} 7/1/2005
the color is very very nice, the sky is similar to a fire.Compliments

THe dilapitated barn and looming sky make for a majestic if not dizzying outcome... an excellent outcome!

Hi Carsten,
good work, love especially the colors and tones in the foreground, but i'm a bit perplexed about the clouds and the sky in general, seems there is a lack of contrast, it looks almost dull, although with the same colors of a nuclear explosion ;-)...LOL!
Very dramatic and pleasant image anyway.
Giorgio

yeah, Carsten, there's nothing boring about the end result, eh?
Nicely done, man.

The sky looks like a big fire. Very nice work. Don.

Alison DuFlon   {K:35781} 7/3/2005
I feel the isolation of this cabin, and the feeling that it is bracing for whatever this sky has to bring. Amazing drama in the sky and in the patches of the sunlit field. Alison

Amazing, Carsten! It looks like 'the wrath of God' is falling!!
A very dramatic variation on the B&W version!
Best regards, Chris

Outstanding, I love how the structure is leaning toward the horizon. The ps work is perfect, in my opinion.

Very beautiful work!
