About I saw a few really great additions to the egg project so I thought I'd give it a try. I used a flashlight in a dark room for this.

Thanks for your nice comment! To have the egg float is a good idea. I have an idea of something that might work so I'll try it out and let you know.

EGGCELENT! (sorry, I had to do it :)) I am amazed of your eye for abstract and rich images out some very simple elements. Great talent!! Impecable light & shadow technique!!! This deserves an award. Well done Laurie! -- Cheers, Rafael

Excellent image! I really like the idea and execution of this image. The shadow that is cast and the angle it crosses the photo also works great. Nice frame by the way! Dwight

Excellent use of light and shadows on this egg, Laurie! Simple yet very strong!

James Hager   {K:6285} 8/9/2005
Nice. I think a little more light on the right side of the background would help the shadow stand out more.
