Huge bunches of congratulations on the awards. Very well deserved as this is a lovely capture. Isn't it "funny" how other see things differently from our own personal views? Jan

Hi there Don,
Thank you very much for commenting on my shot(s)... As for this one: it's 'straight out of the camera' and hasn't been worked on other than framing.... so no blurring... just using the camera's possibilities... ;-D!!! (It's very small, but has BIG attitude.... LOL).

Toshi    {K:12024} 7/3/2005
Great shot Petal! I love the abundance of flowers in the shot - the spots of yellow are perfect. Congrats on the double award :)

Fabrizio Fiorucci   {K:4871} 7/3/2005

Come on Petal...wake up now and smell the coffee..!

You have managed to capture the essence of camomille wonderfuly...to me it is has a hazy and sophorrific (I think that's how you spell it) or drug-induced effect...well done.

Peace

Manu

Hi Petal, I enjoyed your comments in the 'about' as much as the image itself - a delight. All I can say is great image and pass the camomille over here. Cheers! Sam

LOVELY!!!

Andre Denis   {K:56823} 7/16/2005
Hi Petal,
Very well deserved awards for this one. The Dof looks great and I know how hard it is to get those white petals all looking good without any burn out on any. The sun always seems to catch a couple of mine just enough to ruin the picture for me :)
Andre

James Hager   {K:6285} 8/6/2005
Wonderful composition with the group of high flowers above the others. I think DOF is a bit too shallow though because the flower in the foreground isn't as sharp as the others. Maybe a shift in focus would have helped too.

Elisabeth D'Amico   {K:6353} 8/8/2005
I agree with the staff. this field of daisy has a particular lights and atmosphe not common to find. Excellent also the crop.
Eli:-))
