Paul....nice to hear from you again. Actualy I did not crop the photo. Actually what was happening while I was taking picture the weather was so cold...here is Prague the weather is freezing so I guess I did not hold the camera steady and then appeared that effect. no problem... well, you did crop it but instead of after the photo was taken.. you cropped it in the lens by how you composed the actual shot.. the little bit of blur is ok... sort of adds to the mood of the image...
