About Hi,
it is time to rest from flowers and macros :-). This time I am presenting one of the picture taken during the lovely sunset few months ago. We have a special place closed to my city where you can find some very very old oaks. Some of them still grow and have leaves and some of them are already dead (from the nature point of view). These ?dead? oaks have different and intriguing shapes which stimulate my imagination. Depending on sunlight you can find many different stories behind these shapes. One of them I am presenting right know :-). Feel free with your imagination here. You can find MY story in the title.
Please switch off the light in your room - it helps here.
Hope you like it :-)
Best regards
Lukasz

Hi Lukasz, Thurning on the light obviously works, but I still tend to find the tones a bit dark, but that's also one of the strenghts in this image, as it casts something ominous over it. It also makes the viewer watch more intensively, trying to distinguish all individual shapes and silhouettes. It does let my imagination roam freely..., and by my "standards", that's what defines a good photo....

Cheers,

Hugo

Beautiful tones and a welcome variation on the sunset theme, Lukasz!
