Very nice.
I love the composition. The way you capture the boatman with another boat behind him really adds the definition. And the way the lighting comes from behind just complete it.

I like this version better, Mohamed. To me, it is a better environmental portrait, it shows the main in his environment, the sail in the background reinforcing his profession, his living.
If I could make one sugestion, it would be to use some amount of fill-in flash next time, to light the man's face. It would be nice to see his eyes, his gaze, his expression.
