Hi Petros, Increadible sharpnes and level of detail in this one. the diagonal composition creates a good balance in the composition. The red lights between the fourth board of the bridge from the left creates a strong leading line towards the high tower. Superb balnace, and a very nice low view point.
Dreading to be all positive, I'm only wondering how you could've introduced some emotion in this shot. Admitteldy, I don't think thats the key thing here, but merely a thought that crossed my mind.

This is straight up, a fantastic night shot with good exposure and very rich color. Comp is cool. I like the red light coming up through the decking and the way the deck leads to the city.

PS. What ISO and shutter speed were you using etc?
As my shot was later and ISO 800 for about 20 sec's.

Hi Petros, congrats on being on the front page for the critique you wrote for Peta, that was excellent. This photo is a real gem! i would have liked you to sahre the exposure info with us though :( At first the white point/star/plane toward the left of the image annoyed me but then when i study it closely i can see other very faint ones so i assume they are stars and then it didn't worry me anymore :)

Hi Ian,
Thank you for your comment. ISO was 100 (the lower the iso the better the image quality - but a tripod is a must). Exposure was f22 @ 1/30th of a sec...
I was at this location way before it got this dark... I had set everything up, and waited for the optimum light condition. I'm relatively speaking happy with what I got. :-(
