About Or his feet are like that so he can balance on those lilly pads. Cool how they walk over them.

Gorgeous capture Marilyn. They really do defy all the laws of gravity when they do that. I have some shots of a chick doing it (I think it's on the pond algae) from the weekend.
Watch this space.

Good shot of his big feet, you think he'll grow into them? Beautiful image Marilyn!

Excellent bird photo, dear Marilyn. Brilliand colors and great details and dof.
Thank you for your kind comments on my "Rachel's box" my "Multicolored key chains" and my "Luna di Luna." The wines in that photo are imported, but Israeli wines have recently improved so much that they won first prizes or gold medals or whatever you win in intternational wine contests.
Best regards,
Rafi

A superb bird pic, Marilyn. He has wonderfully adapted feet for his environment. An exotic 7, for this lily pad percher!

I have a new respect for birds, after loooking after a young housemartin who had fallen from his rooftop nest. His intelligence and lovely personality stunned me.
He's with a wildlife vet now, hope he makes it.

Thank you Colin. Just yesterday I found a injured baby mockingbird in the road. Found him at lunch and called the refuge but couldn't take him until after work. Put him in a box in a quiet place. While we were still in the house everytime someone walked near the box he chirped when he heard us; had personality already. I love birds! Marilyn
