About This is a cd from a playstation game that one of the neighbor kids left on the porch. I went out in the morning and the rain had beaded up on it.No change to the cd. Only added frame and cropped.

Very well seen John. It looks like something from under the sea. Love the colour.

Great abstract, very creative presentation. Well done John. The reflections are interesting - the spokes of a bicycle is clearly visisble and add a different dimension. Take care.
Joggie

(Thanks for the comments on the Quaggaskop 4 abstract, an fantastic place with colour combinations in the rocks that amazes me - the photos actually look unreal and tampered with. Going back there at the end of July)

Hugo de Wolf   {K:184981} 7/14/2005
KHi John, very creative shot; the static, graphical lay out, both in the shot as well as in the frame creates a nice contrast with the droplets, their refraction making them look like mercury. Very cool shot, well captured!

Cheers,

Hugo

PS: Have you tried if it still worked?

John Loreaux   {K:85782} 7/14/2005
Hi Hugo! Thanks for the kind comment! No complaints from the kids , so I quess the cd still worked! Water doesn't effect them only scratches and heat! Take care Hugo! My best!........,...............John

Really short of time to comment, John, but I saw this one pop up and I had to look immediately (I haven't even checked what I shot today...) I love this - you are one of my CD gurus! I have to think about the possibilities here! I love the three-tone effect.

AJ

PS. Appreciate Hugo's comment about whether it still works. After I've used a CD for photographs (and I find they attract dust very fast), I use them for... backing up my photos!

Don Loseke   {K:32503} 7/14/2005
Sharp John, Great capture and neat frame. Don.
