Hi Larissa, I really like the selective focus on the fence, obscuring the dunes due to the shallow DOF. It works very well, and creates a stronger atmosphere and effect than placing the focal point the other way around. Very good shot, also because of the perspective and diagonal composition.

I like this shot a lot Larissa, it's a great study on DOF. Have you though of converting it to B&W? I think the great feathery clouds will come even more alive, just a thought :) -- Warm regards, Rafael

this is so awsome larissa......imagine this same picture with a peice of cloth or rag attached to the top left part of the fence......it cud hav easily landed a windy effect for surrielist taste
