WOW! If you had not said it was a poppy I would never be able to tell what this is. Such detail... it is so abstract, but beautiful! Awesome macro!

What a fine macro, Ian. Very nice colours and details. It really jumps out of the screen.

This is very accomplished technically, but I feel the composition is a bit straight-on and static. You could experiment with some more off-center arrangements.
