.....snow doesn't last long here, this remnant of last nights fall clings to a dead tree branch, I liked this image although I can't exactly say why, maybe there is a good link between the subject and the background, the dof control is pretty mad!!, it's about the bush so should be in my portfolio.

thanks Kel, a random shot really, am trying to 'drag' some pics out of the bush, road sides etc....good fun but I am still cranking out some rubbish.....aren't you supposed to improve over time, maybe I need a better camera!! cheers, david

I like it because it is beautiful, and it says something: Recent white snow, an old black dead tree .. on a diagonal ... then that snow as the boundary between two different colors and textures on the bark of dead stump. And of course that gorgeous oof backdrop. All this image needs is a poem my friend ...Gab
