I do like the dof here Frank and the colour is great :-)
I also like the blue and B&W versions but still prefer the orig :-)

It's a lovely composition which proves that very often the simple objects bring the best effects. I prefer the color version to the others, but even the colored one is almost monochrome. Thanks also for your generous comment.

Die blau getönte B&W Version ist auch nicht zu verachten ;-) Aber ich schließe mich hier der Mehrheit an, das Original gefällt mir letztlich doch am besten (vielleicht auch weil der Crop links in der MOnochromversion etwas eng ist). Sehr schönes Motiv

What I love about this photo is the golden color all over with a very slight hint at green in the background and the excellent dof. I prefer this version to the bluish one.

Frank, It was hard to choose between the blue toned monochrome and the color at first but I think I like the wheat colored version best. Excellent close-up. Thanks for your comment on mine.
