They are very pretty presented this way. The background really makes the picture. It seperates the flowers so well. Nice one Jim. Don.

Pucker up Buttercup! A lovely composition, you nailed the dof and the colors are excellent! But then again I haven't seen many of your works that I don't like! What is it with you and flowers lately? Not that I am complaining mind you, just wondering! :)

Jim Christensen   {K:18843} 7/26/2005
Brenda
Here is the deal with me and Flowers. They aren't afraid of Harleys with loud exhausts. I was wondering where all the deer went. There has been a motorcyle rally in the town I work in and I think the loud traffic has run them back into the forest. Lotsa bikes and lotsa noise. Not complaining ( I hold a MC license ) but with the deer gone, I have been shooting flowers.

Darlene Boucher   {K:15649} 7/27/2005

Fantastic. Great focus/DOF on the flowers, and a perfect background. Not only isn't it distracting, but it even enhances the flowers.
