Thanks Babe, yeh i thought it enhanced detail abit better, just reduced the brightness a wee bit, tweaked the contrast an then a tad in hue..

WOW, this is wonderfull work, I lke the contrast of the old style architecture to the modern art style you applied here. Brilliant! == Cheers, Rafael

Tabitha Woods   {K:8480} 8/2/2005
Thanks so much Rafeal, initially I was thinking enhancing the colours might be sacrilege to this old building,
but it felt right and looked right for our 21st century, and enhanced its faded beauty.. regards )

Fantastic colours.

Hi Tabitha, This is a striking image in the way you treated the colors - it looks almost electric - it also has a poster look and feel, and there's tension between the two buildings. It would make a great Pop Art painting!
Thanks for all your comments and for taking the time to look at my pictures. You're right, the ghost towns and abandoned mines in America are a photographer's treasure chest, packed with rusted objects, cracked paint, weathered wood. Have a great day, Ina

Tabitha Woods   {K:8480} 9/11/2005
Thanks Ina for all your encouraging comments!,
I nearly didnt accentuate the colours on this in case people thought it was abit to unreal... glad i did as these buildings are so worthy of a 21st Centary updo!
Regards :O)
