I've looked at this more than once trying to see what it is that bugs me. I do like the treatment you chose, of course she's pretty and her hair gives the shot interest...but...the framing feels claustrophobic. She needs more space below her chin, as right now her eyes are dead centre horizontally.
Its my duty to you to be honest :)

I love your honesty and always have! Nothing I could do with this one...straight out of the camera from a composition standpoint. I have other shot of her with more space but they don't have the expression or the hair blowing that this one has. I will just have to do better next time. :)
