How long did you spent to find the right focus plane ? :)
Today in Italy we have 37?C, you can't stay below the black cloth for more than 10 seconds :))))

I would love to see more LF users on here. Nice work on the blacks in the scene. Even the dark areas in the top right have just enough texture to them to give a sense of feel. Definitely a full value range here. That's zone photography for you. Have you read Minor White's book on this area?

I love the soft look of long exposure water.
We were on vacation in Yosemite and had a river very close to our cabin. We went there every day and we all enjoyed it very much. I think it is what I miss the most now that I'm back. I think I'm living in the worng spot (in the desert, without any natural water)

what a wonderful place to spend a little R&R. thank you David for ALL the kind words. They are deeply appreciated.
I hope I can add to this project over the next few years as it's a very special place for our family -- it will be interesting to see the changes over time.
