A wonderful capture of these lonely monsters ... I like the red against the threatening dark sky...I lived in Texas for a year and I've seen these monsters scattered around the flat landscape.

My word Tim that is dramatic, what a sky and a perfect type of foregroudn/silhoutte to really make an impact/ Hope you got to yourdaughters safely. We had a tornado in Birmingham yesterday did so much damage, weather does seem to be doing really odd things

i like this a lot! this really is a dramatic shot! the sky really fits the subject well and i love the reflections in the mud! the strong contrasts in the sky and water really contribute to the dramatic feel of this scene! very well exposed with excellent detail!! Kessia

How a photo of mud puddles and oil drills could be beautiful, well it is do to your vision. The sky, reflections, composition and splash of red are all very pleasing to the eye. Nicely seen and executed Tim. Alison
