Nathan,
Technically, this is a top notch artbook photo. I like the selective focus, dof, light, and coloring (desaturation?). I could easily see this in a magazine for fashion or lifestyle.
She's a very intriguing model but, I agree with Len. I'm biased against the eyebrow pierce... It's distracting and pulls my attention from her lovely eyes and fair skin, IMO. But, I can also understand that that's who she is.
Again, this is a fine portrait.
