The 25mm FOV was just right for this shot, which is quite sharp for 1/15th sec (but I assume you were using the monopod). If the boat could have been a LITTLE closer it would have filled that empty foreground (forewater?) better. Love the colours! must try 200 ISO again. Perfect exposure by the look of it...

... then the facade on the right would have been dark. The light comes almost completely frome huge floodlights along both sides of the boat. There was no choice.
