About Next ones turn to ride and now the thunderstorm was very close, people started to wonder if they should stay or go. We stayed, since the wind blow those clouds away :D

Onur Özbakan   {K:16763} 8/4/2005
the series may be placed in any "physics" text book. now that the circular motion is stopped, the only force exerted on the chairs and chains is the earth's gravitational force, so they are perfectly vertical and straight :) another excellent work dear J!

the mood of loneliness.

luis pereira   {K:17925} 8/4/2005
Beautiful but sad composition Jeanette. Feels like the world stood still and people (invisible) just hanging on ropes. Gee...I guess I didn't take my prozac today.

Robert Kocs   {K:89061} 8/4/2005
Wow! Splendid contrast, stirring b&w silhouettes dear Jeanette! This is very interesting composition, love the lights. Well done!
Best wishes!

Like the way the clouds tell the story of how the ride feel's.

Hanggan Situmorang   {K:37779} 8/5/2005
How I love this composition, Jeanette. Lovely BW tones and contrast. Very well balanced. Congrats!

Mark Hamilton   {K:8384} 8/5/2005
Interesting image. The static look of the swing placed in front of a brooding sky produces an image that hints at something more sinister.

Cheers
Mark

....CHE DIRE JEANETTE..HO OSSERVATO A LUNGO I TUOI LAVORI...E CREDO CHE LA SENSIBILITA' E LA CREATIVITA' SIANO ELEMENTI INNATI NELLA TUA ANIMA...O CI NASCI OPPURE NO..LA FOTOCAMERA E' UN DETTAGLIO TECNICO CHE SERVE SOLO A CATTURARE DELLE EMOZIONI BELLE O BRUTTE CHE SIANO MA CHE ARRIVANO DIRITTE ALL'ESSENZA DELLE COSE E DELL'OSSERVATORE...SEMPLICEMENTE CATTURI EMOZIONI IN MANIERA ECCELLENTE.

Love this! The chains hanging in silence, feeling of being alone, reminds me of the North Sea oil rigs :)
