Beautiful color - I especially like the point of focus and the out of focus background - K

The DOF with the nicely arranged blurred yellow pistils is very effective, and I really like the motif. What I would consider is a square crop, to place the flower in the foreground more eccentric (makes a sacrifice of one flower in the background, but... Maybe I am a bit biased because I have a faible for square formats @ the moment)
Cheers
Carsten

Just an idea...

Thank you Carsten,I cropped already ca. 2cm of the right side and regretably lost the original.I liked it more than this because of some more empty space ...and now you are right.I should have cropped even a bit more :)
Cheers,Ursula

Lovely. I like the quadrangle formed by the four yellow blooms in the background, framing the de-petaled daisy in the foreground. And I also want to comment on the nice bokeh. The designers in Japan are wonderful when it comes to adding bokeh in their lenses.

Beautiful floral composition, the well executed background did well in figuring out the flower and appears as of 3D. fabulous. Saeed

Flowers, like people, have beauty in all parts of their lives. You have shown this flower's beauty in its last stages.

Hi Ursula,

Just my idea, I know how difficult it is with wild flowers ;-)
Took several shots in the Swiss alps a few weeks ago, unfortunately it was cloudy every day.
Maybe I'll post them anyway.

Groet,
John
