About This is a quite classical view that we often see on UF, but I add my contribution too :).
I was on a french highway, when I saw these sun rays through the heavy clouds. Without stopping my car (you need to have a good reason to stop on a highway ;)), I took my canon, opened my window, and captured a lot of image trying to center while driving. Here is the result. I like the two subjects that are "illuminated" by the sun..
My last before holydays.. see you soon
Thank you for your comment

Fabrice my friend, please let me know when you are going to be on the road so I can make sure to be elsewhere!
This is a wonderful image. The objects seem to be touched by a very special light - as though the heavens themselves have chosen to bless those places with a clean clear warm light whilst all around is shrouded under cloud. Superb my friend... I hope you have a great holiday and look forward to seeing your photos on your return!

Bon voyage Mon Vieux!

It's a wonderful capture. The contrasts in the clouds and the bright crepuscular rays are gerat. Drive safely.

I totally agree with the first sentence in Alastairs comment...and to add...if I cannot be elsewhere...I want to take over the steering wheel...and you have both hands free :)

even stronger moment, taking the circumstances in account...

Majestic view that I will never tire of seeing. I love it when the light pierces the clouds like this, and it is wonderful that you got the capture this way. A beautiful image and a magnificent memory. Antonia

Larysa Khomenkova   {K:2469} 11/27/2007
It was very nice reason to stop the car at highway, my dear friend. You was so lucky to see this, but more lucky that camera was with you. Well done. All my best regards, Larysa.
