An excellent image, very well done perspective composition with the bridge top just under water level and the verticals vertically aligned. I love the architectural combination of the two towers duplicated in the pairs of lightposts, and that you've included people to give it scale. But Ale always has a place in my heart :)
Btw, it is good that the youth goes to malls and so on, so the Cornish is now free and less crowded for the people that value it ;)
Think about it this way and you will find it a plus :)

I l00ked at your images, and I vote for "5 min'
after sunset". The nuance of black & white gives the fillingof mystery. There is no doubt that the image in colors (source)is beautiful too.
Please let me remark (my opinion), that you miss
a little part of depth of field.
