Saluti.

Fabulous shot, perhaps a little less black at
the bottom and a little more sky would improve it?

Congrats

Chris Hunter   {K:25631} 8/9/2005
This shows that the filters are secondary to the scene, lighting, and the photographers eye. But, have fun re-shooting this spot with the toys. Also, consider zooming out abit from the tree as well - placing negative space around such a strong visual element will allow it to sit more securely in the frame, and would also allow it to be positioned off center on a third,

Cheers,
Chris

Nice scene - well worth ging back to. Try lots of different things with this tree. B/W works well with more landscape around the tree and also try photographing at dusk as the skys come up a deep blue I recon this would work well here. Well spotted and photographed and well worth spending more time with.
Regards Greg

Thanks muchly Greg for looking and encouraging comments, ideas.. I will definately be trying all, I do have other shots of this tree with wider angle including two other manukas, i really love the shot but it has lens flare spots, hence wanting to go back with the polarising filter
Regards )

I will definately give all a wirl!, I do have other shots of these trees at this coast with wider view in my folio, one in particular i really love but wont upload as it has lens flare spots- hence wanting to go back with the new polarising filter

una scena molto suggestiva, da togliere il fiato.
Forse potevi tagliarla un pò in basso e regalarci un'altro pò di cielo, decentrando così, anche l'albero.
Comunque veramente molto bella nei toni e nei colori

Tabitha Woods   {K:8606} 8/13/2005
Thanks so much Giulio, not sure what your sayin about the p... but im still learning how to use photoshop.. i have other pics of this place in my folio, thanks for looking
Regards :O)

Great silhouette. Beautifully framed.

(When I saw this as a thumbnail I thought it had to be Africa! Shows how wrong you can be when you base judgments on thumbnails...)

Magnificent light/tones & mood! Another possibility is to crop off about half of the dark area at the bottom. Anyway, great shot!
