A beautiful capture of these wood ducks, Darlene! The colours and detail are asounding, I've found they are a lot more skittish than some of the other ducks.

Yes what a pair !
Breath taking image Darlene.
I went shooting last week with James Hager and I watched him change from a 1.4 and 2x teli converter allot, I have a 1.4 and I have big troubles getting anything to turn out.
Soon I hope to improve my tripod situation, maybe that will get me going.
Big fan of your work....Lee

Andre Denis   {K:56160} 8/14/2005
Darlene,
These Wood Ducks are unbelieveably colourful. It makes you wonder why they evolved that way.
Great shot!
