Phew, I can almost smell the aroma. The tones are nice but I would never think to photograph a dead rat. A dramatic impact on the viewer (especially me) that's for sure.

Macabre...and yet oddly poetic, in a Edgar Allen kinda way. One can sense a raven waiting just outside the frame.
Reminds me of the flat frogs I saw in Oahu. I wanted to decoupage one and bring one home as a souvenir, but the others threatened me with the same fate if I didn't desist.

Nice shot, Angelo! I remember doing a series of roadkill images in high-school. No one liked them so I switched to flowers. Only partially kidding... Actually the tones here are very nice. I think that the Shadow of a Tail is key to this image. Light, as always, works its magic.

"Bichinho"??? Uma ratazana que vive do lixo e espalha doencas. Se nao estivesse morta eu tantaria matar a pauladas eu mesmo. Uma vez uma tentou me morder, veio correndo na minha direcao e levou um bico, quicou no meio da rua e foi parar embaixo de um carro estacionado.
Nao tenho problemas com cobras nem aranhas, mas ratos e camundongos (esses, especialmente os caseiros) eu nao perdoo.
