Jacinthe - beautiful view, but tough shot to catch well. Trying to capture vibrant colors when the scene is backlit and the sun is high. You might try a polarizing filter, but I suspect on this shot the only good solution would be a different time of day to position the sun to light the front of the steeple, the palms and the hills.

I've been to this place and I like your image. To enhance colours and contrast you could do worse than go to photoshop and apply auto-levels, increase saturation and give it some unsharping. I guess you'll like the result.
