I see these bottles in the IKEA mall here and I must say they are very fascinating from photographic point of view, I like the way you play with light here then

Hi Matt, nice to meet you here on Usefilm, and welcome to the club of D70 users :) Thanks for your kind comments on my Zurich photo. Any critque is welcome and just because your idea was a little different to mine doesn't matter. I appreciate the input, it gets one thinking! I did write back to Jude explaining, and i mentioned i can imaginee what you wrote. I'm not a fan of writing back on my own photos unless it has to do with a specific question or the photo itself. That is why i'm answering you here. And this way it has the advantage that i get to see your portfolio which i think is the purpose of UF, not just collecting views/comments on my own work :)

So now to your work: I really like the way your portfolio is coming on. I think you have the right attitude, shoot everything whether it moves or not :). This one here with the painting by light experiment (i'm assuming) works really well. I would have preferred just a little more ambient light so i can see the whole scene a little better, but thats just my opinion. Remember Matt, you are the artist. Great work... Keep it up.

Best wishes from Switzerland
Neil
