I am using a D70 as well.

What are you doing to make the colors so bold? My white ballance is always set on Cloudy. I often lose image clarity when upping my saturation. Do tell?

Tim  Schumm   {K:28854} 8/16/2005
I have my white ballance set on auto and the rest i will address on a image in your portfolio to help you get an idea of what i do.

Beautiful details and colour, Tim! I especially like the grass and foliage in the foreground, contrasting with the blues of the sky and water reflections.
Dave.

Excellent color and composition.

Lori Stitt   {K:74568} 8/17/2005
REally beautiful image Tim.

Gorgeous colors and composition.

This reminds me of a filter I used to use back in the 'film' days. It was a split field filter, when using it the foreground was sharp as well as distance.

Here you really have the max DOF!
Again, beautiful image. I wouldn't change a thing!

Lori :)

Another great shot Tim. You are so gracious to share your secrets here on UseFilm. Much appreciated by all.

Tim  Schumm   {K:28854} 8/17/2005
Ahhh well they are no secrets Susie ....just a lot of trial and error that hopefully I can facilitate a quicker result for someone else. Why keep things to myself it won't affect me other then to create more connection for others that have a similar interest.

Jeanette Hägglund   {K:59855} 8/17/2005
Incredible beauty captured here Tim.
