Hi Matt,

thank you for commenting my picture and giving thr opportunity to visit your portfolio full of
great picture, I like this one, it is very sharp, composition well arranged. I love the lens you used, it is in my wish list, please tell me if you are happy with this lens and if the VR works well.

Cheers and many thanks.

Matt Palmer   {K:781} 8/23/2005
The 70-200 VR was on my wish list since I bought my D70. It is a stunning lens, the sweet spot seems to be around f5 but shots at 200mm f2.8 are still excellent. The VR works better than I could have guessed, I have some shots taken at sunset at 1/30s handheld that are still sharp.

It is big and heavy and expensive but I wouldn't swap it for anything. Well perhaps a 200-400 VR.

Hi Darlene, thanks for your comments. I was lookig at your portfolio and it is simply stunning. I really don't know where to start but I will say I particularly like your shot of "The Hunter" http://www.usefilm.com/image/858859.html for its great composition and simplicity. Lovely.
