I've had a lot of interest in IR, but my 20D isn't very well suited for it. Great shot, though. I wish it had some more vegetation to show off the IR qualities, though.

great B&w shot, the houses far away look great , the view is so nice
best regards

I'm still undecided about IR, but I love the patterns you've captured in the sand.

A lovely sandscape, of embleton with the tide out, Kevin.
From the thumbnail, I thought this was an IR of the sahara, 'til I clicked on it, and found it was just up the road!

A fine, atmospheric scene, and a seven.

great leading lines here Kevin, well captured, does the G2 have a fixed IR pre-set?

It looks great! 15 seconds! I get a sense of motion from the clouds...

Good one kevin. I wonder what it would look like without the infra red. Would it look any different.Possibly trim the top third of the sky to get the horizon away from the middle but still good.

In case you did not have enough comments -

This one is great. Been looking at your solid work as an associate for a while now, and I think this one stands out:

- Nice juxtaposition in textures, the sand mirrors the sky
- Great IR conversion, and thanks for popping up the contrast a bit for interesting tones
- shot nice and low with a wider view to show the recession into space, gives a real sense of depth
- Solid composition between sky and land
- good timing, strong side lighting brings out the best in landscapes
- location, location, location

Great seascape, superb contrast in the foreground. Maybe a tad more contrast in the clouds would not hurt
