This is what happens when I am let loose on PS. Trial and error mainly, but some wicked effects, especially when one is not expecting the result that follows. This started out as a dull B/W pic of me. Then I put it thru the mill on PS with Neon Glow and Plastic Wrap finished off with a Lens Flare.
