About Or optical illusion... because it doesn't look 'square'/straight but it is... ;-D!!! Reflection of a nice blue/white sky in the facade of a building under construction... haven't got a clue how they're going to 'get rid' of all those glass 'anchors'... the little white pieces stuck in between the panes of glass... Well maybe that'll result in photo number two in a while... LOL!!!

Hi Petal, nice shot. I like these abstract type of images. I have a similar shot to this one myself. It would be nice to see it again when they have removed the anchors.
Thanks for visiting my portfolio again and noticing that i have removed some images. Actually i'm reviewing just how i use Usefilm and have now removed well over half the images in my portfolio. It is difficult to know which ones as sometimes the ones with the least amount of comments/views etc mean the most to me. The ones i think you mean were just trial images trying to get that Jeff Alu look during one of my Black and white phases. I figure if Picasso was allowed to have different phases during his carrier then so am i :)
Best wishes and have a great weekend.
Neil

A very nice shot, both abstract and archtectural. I like the little glass anchors in this shot, they give it an unusual twist in that they break the smoothness that these types of shots often have. Also the open window is a key to this image, as you acknowledge in the image title. When this building is finished this shot will no longer be possible and comparisons will seem ordinary, perhaps, with no hole and no glass anchors. Regarding the composition, I think you have made a great choice in where you have placed the open window in your frame. Excellent image Petal!
