About I used to flashes in this shot. One Canon 550EX pointing into an umbrella front left and a second one illuminating the background.

Whats your opinion on the lighting? Can it be improved?

Thanks for any criticism and ideas

A wonderful portrait. Congrats.

Hi Luis,

great capture, interesting portrait/beauty combination... I like it.

As for the lighting: I think her fingers are too washed out for the type of picture you probably wanted to achieve. I very much like high-key photos, as you know, but I think going a bit softer on her fingers would improve the image.

Cheers
Jaques

Lighting looks good to me, as well as the whole concept and idea. However I believe that the eye should look a bit more to the center, what do you thing?

Hi Jaques,
thanks for the input. Yes, I agree the fingers are a bit burnt out. I have another similar picture where I used slightly less light. I will prepare it and post it soon.

Thanks for the tip!

Luis
