This is lovely -- the light is gorgeous, and her smile is cute as can be (she is too). But the back of the couch and wall bug me and you may not like to resort to these things (you are more of a purist than I), but I'd clone the back of the couch up behind her..lol. Here's the sweet spot for me.

thanks a lot for the feedback. I agree the upper edge of the couch could be cloned out. I don't really mind it but i wouldn't miss it :)

Her smile sure is the "sweet spot" but I often like the shots with a little more environment better. Often including part of the room or anthing makes a portrait so much more interesting. It tells me where the person is what he/she does almost like a little story.

again, thanks for taking the time to go through my photos in detail.
