About It's one of the pics from the series of the same staircase...little cropping and some use of Ps to achive blur effects. And mind you, due to less distance between the foreground and the camera i had to raise the camera above my head to take this picture...a blid shot!

nice composition. It looks like some kind of fossil rather than stairs. Did you consider increasing the contrast using PS?

George Black   {K:101993} 8/22/2005
The angle and the treatment produced a very striking picture. As Ayse suggests, it does look like a fossil. Very inventive . . .

All the best,
--George

Good angle of view, and nice blurry effect giving rise to a feeric atmosphere.. I would probably increase a little bit more the contrast
Good work

hi Pankaj
I like this one the grain, the choice of color and the composition! Unique.
also I love your POV :)
I only wish there was a tad more contrast...
bravo!

Hahahaha!
Quite opposite to what i felt when i started to work on this frame initially..I Created that hallo around to give it a divine kind of look, bit heavenly..but i guess now after reading your comment onur i do have a second perspective on this photograph. Well percieved.

Fabrice Thanx for ur comments. I really appreciate your ideas and views on my pictures.

Since i have recieved a couple of comments relating to DOF of this particular frame..i am posting the original here. I guess i have cleared my idea of creating this photograph in reply to Onur's comment...it's up to you all to tell me how much i suceeded in that.

And other thing, by the time i finished with this, my funny bone tickled and i guess that's the reason for the title."Buck stops here" at the feet of biggest Reindeer in India.

P.S I feel it's little to do with our screen also; as even i could feel some difference in the clarity and crispness of picture when viewed on a different monitor.

I like the toning and the blur - it has quite a heavenly feel to it - my only nit pic is your foot (I think I would prefer the shot without it)! Excellent composition for a blind shot!

Pankaj Arora   {K:3752} 9/3/2005
Sally, i so much wished i could have achieved the feat u asked me here to, but i guess unassisted, there was no way for me to stand on a single leg on a 50 ft high spiral stairway of an abandoned water tank with high wind blowing.I guess what i can later try is to amputate that leg of mine in PS OT...

Cheers
Regards
Pankaj
