Very nice composition--even though the tree sits a bit low in the frame, it is beautifully rendered. You did a fine job with the colors and the contrast. Very good work . . .

This is so beautiful Linda... Excellent composition and lovely colors... It looks such a nice spot to view the sunset every day... The palm looks awesome against this beautiful sky... The clouds are amazing...

Linda - I can see why this is your favorite Palm Tree. Do like your composition here, and you are so lucky that you have the water. We have a lot of palm trees here - but for some reason (probably because we lived in Florida for almost 3 years) - palms trees and water just go together. You do have some wonderful sky shots in your portfolio - aren't clouds super? Thanks for commenting on my shots - really appreciate it. Jan

Ahhhh a palm tree set against a backdrop of a setting sun.
An image such as this is a welcome relief from the dreary winter days that beat at my door.
The light is gorgeous and you exposure has made the most of it.
I like the composition with the tree set to the right. And I also love the way the light is the bottom half of the palm trunk.
