Awesome Capture, I Love the details of this fine little guy. I captured one in a silhouette, Still trying to get one to sit still long enough to get a good close up like this !
Congrats

I'm not sure if it was intentional or not but the background is lined up almost perfectly to provide a light background to contrast the darker feathers found on the birds head and shoulders. If you have the time and patience I'd consider desaturating the background some to minimize the distracting bright colors. This secondarily would mildly and relatively enhance the saturation of color found in the birds plumage. My first reaction to this was the coloring of the bird was rather flat. One way or another I'd hope that a little more saturation of color could be added to your image to enhance the colored feathers. I really like the sharpness and detail. Very impressive.
