nice use of dept of field, and not putting the flower head in the middle of the frame is great.

I am impressed with this piece of glass my friend... I do love your DOF, but I would like to see it shot at 125 @ f/8 just so the tips of the bud were a little more in focus...

The symmetry is impressive, as is the way that you used the light and dof to isolate the bud, and the background composition that draws my eye into it. The background makes this one for me. Good eye, Jim!
